My name is Lauren, and I am a recovering people-pleaser, approval-addict and conflict-avoider.. just like you.
I am an enneagram 4, empath, INFP (Mediator), heart-centered and servant-hearted leader, entrepreneur and social worker.
I am also a wife, mother, friend, crazy chicken lady and lover of the outdoors.

Sometimes I sit back in awe of how life works out - if you had met me in my childhood, adolescence and even into my early adulthood you would have probably described me as one of the most unboundaried people you have ever met.
Basically, not having boundaries was how I got by in life, relationships and career - because I mistakenly thought that it would make me more valuable to the people around me, and that it was the only way my "helper" nature could be expressed.
Boy was I wrong... it took a full-blown nervous breakdown, burnout and a life spewing with toxicity, bitterness and resentment: all at the ripe old age of 20 to wake me up. I felt completely out of control over every aspect of my life; and so I embarked on the adventure of a lifetime unlearning all of those old stories, and honing my healthy boundaries and crucial conversations skills.
It turns out that empathy and heart-centeredness are actually boundary and crucial-conversation super-powers and that being able to use both of those tools supercharges your leadership ability, as well as your capacity to love and serve the world around you, including yourself.
Now, I am on a mission to help recovering people-pleasers and approval-addicts, heart-centered and servant-hearted female entrepreneurs and women in leadership and helping roles find their voice and use it to both build and protect their own flourishing and the flourishing that they nurturing in the world and the lives of the people all around them.
As long as I live, I will be screaming from the rooftops how being able to turn conflict into connection, how to establish and maintain healthy boundaries and relationships, and how to have constructive, crucial conversations are all skills that anyone can learn, no matter how unfamiliar they feel or how toxic and traumatic your past is.
Just like learning to drive a car, you can learn these skills. And the more time you get behind the wheel, the less intimidating it will feel, the better you'll get at it and the more effortless it will become.
It is my life's mission to help you find and use your voice.
It is my life's mission to help you use it to build and protect your flourishing life, career & calling.
It was possible for me.
It's certainly possible for you.
Come on friend, what are you waiting for?
Let's flourish together!
