A word from Lauren
My hope for you...

This project started out as a bold dream to share real, human stories that move people, that inspire them, and that connect them.

As I began to pull wheels on it, I realized that not only do I want the reader to be immersed in the experience, I want that for the authors or contributors too.

First of all, I want this experience to feel like one giant win for them personally (telling your story as a published author is a highlight of a lifetime that every human deserves), and professionally. I want them to come to the end of our journey together and feel like they accomplished a massive goal, that will also become an investment into the future of their businesses.

Second of all, I wanted this to be a “done-with-you” experience. I learn best by asking questions, getting my hands dirty, experimenting and seeing ideas made real in context. I like to understand WHY some things work well, and others don’t, and I LOVE it when learning and experiences are transferable. I want things that I discover and experience in one context to make my life fun and easy in other, bigger, scarier projects.

I knew I had to make this experience a “hands-on” learning lab for our authors. I want them to be able to take every single aspect of this experience and use it intentionally, and masterfully in any other area of their business, making the success and exhilaration they experience here just a foretaste of what they’ll experience when they apply what they learn later.

Finally, I wanted this experience to be truly collaborative. The books themselves will hold multiple voices and points of view. The coaching experience needed to be that way too, and so I enlisted some of my favorite humans and rockstar coaches to come alongside our authors and share their expertise with them. Beyond that - the entire process is a group effort - from the team of editors, proof-readers, administrators, eyes-for-detail and cover art.

My hope is that the authors bond and become a sisterhood, family, and a tribe. Entrepreneurship (and life) can be lonely and scary. I want everyone involved in this project to know that they have hands they can hold and  shoulders they can lean on when the journey gets a little tumultuous (as grand adventures often do).
